Nercon also offers expertise in baking pan systems, which includes indexing, collating, diverting and elevating.  Infeed and discharge conveyors have been engineered to transport to and from ovens and freezers.

EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW
 

PROCESS ROOM: trough belt systems, reclaiming belts, 90 degree transfer conveyor, oven terminal ends, urethane belt spreads. PAN SYSTEMS: Oven infeed and discharge conveyors, wire belt systems, pushers and indexing devices, dual strand pan handling systems. PRODUCT HANDLING: Cooling belt systems, rejecting conveyors, accumulation tables, elevators, diverting equipment.
