Flights
The vertical accumulator uses custom-designed flights to handle products gently and effectively. Accumulation time is determined by the height of the unit, and a stop device is required to stop and stage rows of product before indexing.
Operations
During normal operation, product passes straight through the accumulator.

If a downstream malfunction occurs – The accumulator indexes rows of product upward until it’s full or production resumes.

When cleared – The accumulator reverses, depositing rows back onto the transportation conveyor.
