Nercon’s low-profile belt conveyors offer options such as:

  • Adjustable speed controls

  • A variety of belting surfaces for different product types

  • A built-in guide track to maintain proper belt alignment

To further enhance performance, a “V” groove can be added to the belt bed along with a v-guide on the underside of the belt. This helps keep the belt consistently centered, reduces edge wear, and minimizes belt wandering, mis-tracking, and friction—ultimately cutting down on maintenance and costs.
