Executive Assistant
Location: Neenah, WI | Hybrid (Fox Cities or Green Bay/De Pere area)
This is a hybrid role with regional flexibility, supporting the owner/CEO of a multi-industry operation that includes a manufacturing company, landscape business, and multiple properties. While many responsibilities can be handled remotely, this person will maintain regular cadence of on-site presence at the Neenah headquarters, Oconto manufacturing facility, or the owner’s properties throughout Wisconsin, depending on project needs.
SUMMARY:
This is not a traditional administrative role—it’s a chance to partner directly with the owner of a multi-industry operation, managing a blend of business, property, and personal projects.
You’ll work closely with the CEO/Owner to keep key initiatives moving forward, organize operations across multiple entities, and anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate thrives on variety, demonstrates impeccable attention to detail, and has the confidence to navigate ambiguity with professionalism and poise.

This newly created Executive Assistant role will play a vital role in ensuring organization, follow-through, and excellence across multiple business functions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Business & Operational Support
- Serve as a trusted liaison to the owner, managing communication, priorities, and day-to-day operations across several companies and properties.
- Coordinate logistics for Nercon’s business operations, including remodels, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Prepare and organize strategic materials, meeting notes, and project documentation.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination for executive and operational meetings.
Personal & Property Management
- Support ongoing management of:
- A manufacturing company (Nercon)
- A landscape business (Cottonwood Ponds)
- Three rental properties
- Two private estates
- Coordinate home improvement and construction projects.
- Schedule contractors, oversee timelines, and track project progress.
Administrative Excellence
- Maintain the owner’s calendar with precision, balancing business and personal commitments.
- Anticipate needs, clarify vague direction, and connect the dots to ensure outcomes are met.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.
- Support travel coordination (domestic and occasional international; commercial flights).
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a seasoned, self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You enjoy juggling multiple responsibilities and turning loosely defined requests into actionable outcomes.
QUALITFICATIONS
- 5–10 years of executive-level administrative experience; prior support of business owners or C-suite leaders is a must
- Experience in construction, property management, or landscape/homebuilding environments a plus.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to operate independently.
- Skilled communicator—clear, concise, and confident.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems.
- Discretion, reliability, and a solutions-oriented mindset are non-negotiable.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first 3–6 months, you will:
- Build trust and rapport with the CEO/Owner, understanding his communication style and priorities.
- Gain full visibility into current projects, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
- Independently manage tasks and schedules with minimal oversight.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Hybrid flexibility: work from home, out of Nercon’s two facilities or onsite at one of the CEO’s personal properties as needed.
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with occasional overtime or after-hours responsiveness.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
