Nercon’s conveyor accumulation loop is designed as a buffer zone for upstream or downstream production efficiencies. The accumulation loop allows the upstream and downstream applications to work independently of each other to maintain efficient production output. When downstream production reaches capacity or needs to be shutdown, the accumulation loop maintains production throughput as upstream products recirculate the accumulation loop until downstream capacity is able to accept products.
