Nercon’s low-profile mattop conveyors are designed to efficiently transport various products or materials in diverse industries while occupying minimal production floor space. The low-profile mattop conveyor has a reduced frame height compared to standard conveyors. This smaller overall profile and compact design enable the low-profile conveyor to be easily integrated into existing production lines with tight factory layouts or integrated with existing equipment without significant modifications. The mattop chain surface provides a stable platform for products to be transported. Additionally, the flat surface ensures smooth and consistent movement of products, preventing slipping or jamming. Low-profile mattop conveyors are available in standard widths of 6", 12", 18", and 24", and a maximum of 15 feet in length.
