Removing the product from the puck (depucking) can be accomplished in a number of methods. The most common method is the use of side gripper belts that hold the exposed portion of the product level, while the puck is declined away. The gripper belts can gently place the product on the discharge conveyor. Nercon has advanced expertise in the field of puck loading and unloading.
