Some of these items can be challenging to convey because of tapered or unique bottle shapes. To solve this, we utilize pucks to convey the product. Many tapered tubes and non-round containers have been conveyed using pucks. Nercon has conveyed pucks on accumulation equipment, single filers and transport conveyors. Nercon also has expertise in puck loading and unloading, having designed pucking devices using pneumatic pushers as well as servo-drive technology.
